The Civilian Leadership Development Program is a structured program with a variety of leadership courses for supervisors, team leaders and future leaders. Students will receive key leadership training to help prepare themselves for career advancement opportunities.
The CLDP is designed to make a difference for both you as an individual and for the Garrison as a whole. We are providing a means to improve our junior, mid and more senior supervisors so that everyone benefits from well trained leadership at all levels. This program will provide Garrison employees an opportunity to pariticipate in a structured program that is fully supported by the Garrison leadership. The program consists of both resident and distance learning training for current supervisors as well as team leaders and employees who aspire to become a future leader for our Garrison. Instructors from outside firms, Garrison subject matter experts and the Civilian Personnel Advisory Center will provide a variety of dynamic courses to help each participant become better leaders, no matter what their starting point may be.
