Charity Champions are provided with interactive training over the course of a year, designed to help non-profit organizations develop fundamental leadership skills within their industry. Each training session is lead by Chip Wilson, and often includes industry professional guest speakers.
The topics covered in each of the training sessions vary depending on the overall need of the participating nonprofit Champions, but core ideas that are explored include trust, leadership development, team building, and strategy.
